Return Policy

International purchases can not be returned or exchanged, at this time. 

If you’re not in love with your order, web orders are eligible for a full refund if returned to our Online Returns Department within 14 days of product receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.

All returns must meet the following requirements.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alteration, damage, and scents such as perfume, smoke, etc.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All intimates and  lingerie are FINAL SALE.
  • Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. A $25 shoebox fee will be imposed if footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.

If returns do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Please contact our Customer Service for any questions: orders@KitschCouture.com


How To Return or Exchange Merchandise

Please note, that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  A $7.99 Return Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Ten North or Kitsch Couture.
  1. Please email orders@KitschCouture.com within 7 days of product receipt and we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label. Please indicate if the item is a return or an exchange, so we can hold the replacement until the item is received by us. In the body of the email please include the item name(s) and quantities to be returned, your full name and the shipping address. Please state the invoice number and "Return Request" in the title of the email.
  2. Securely repack your items in the original packing, if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the  packaging.
  3. Print out the Prepaid Return Shipping Label, which you have received via email, and tape it to your package, ensure that the bar code is clearly visible.
  4. Drop off package at a U.S. Postal Office OR visit www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup, within 14 days of product receipt.

Refund Processing Time

If your package arrives within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days.  Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Orders can be returned for in-store credit or exchange at any of our store locations. Original invoice or receipt must be presented when returning or exchanging items to our in store locations.
